End of Tenancy Agreement

Inspire Cleaning work with house-owners,Letting agents,Tenants and we are familiar with the professionalstandards required at the end of a tenancy.Please give details of the areas to be cleaned:number of rooms,lounge areas,stairs, toilets and if applicable, carpet cleaning.

                                GENERAL 

• All furniture moved, dust skirting boards behind furniture, all carpets vacuumed.
• All window sills washed down, all windows cleaned internally.
• Tops of doors, and doors to be cleaned.
• All rubbish to be removed, all directories will be put in a neat pile.
• All settee's, chairs and cushions cleaned.
• furniture to be washed down and polished.
• Dusting throughout the property will include, picture rails,light shades and fittings, dado rails, light switches, stair banisters and spindles,curtain rails,skirting boards,mirrors, radiator and fire surrounds.
